The problem: The engine may rattle under acceleration and the malfunction indicator lamp may illuminate on the dash. The engine may be misfiring due to faulty ignition coils.
Corrective action: Dealers will replace all four ignition coils with factory-updated units.
Warranty info: This service is being performed free of charge under Hyundai’s new-vehicle, powertrain or extended warranty, whichever applies.
