CARS.COM — After a leak of the 2018 Jeep Wrangler’s owner’s manual last month, details are now pouring out about the redesigned model, the JL generation. Jeep unveiled exterior pics earlier this month and today showed off its interior.
The interior gets a new design that looks fresh, yet also reminiscent of the previous generation’s utilitarian feel. The latest version of Chrysler’s Uconnect multimedia system sits front and center above climate and hardware dials and switches. The body-colored panels add a bold pop of color. What hasn’t changed is the position of the Wrangler’s window switches, which are still centrally mounted.
As far as other details, Jeep is still keeping a lid on those — but not for long. The 2018 Wrangler will debut at the 2017 Los Angeles Auto Show on Nov. 29. Check back for full coverage.
