2019 Subaru Crosstrek: Recall Alert

Vehicles Affected: Approximately 250 model-year 2019 Subaru Crosstrek SUVs

The Problem: The driver’s side rear-door window glass may be improperly tempered and could shatter into large pieces, increasing the risk of injury.

The Fix: Dealers will replace the driver’s side rear-door window glass for free.

What Owners Should Do: Subaru will begin notifying owners July 19. Owners can call the automaker at 844-373-6614, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s vehicle-safety hotline at 888-327-4236 or visit its website to check their vehicle identification number and learn more.
