A horsepower locator would be of limited use around the house; odds are, you have a pretty good idea where most of your horsepower is at this moment. But if you’re searching for a new vehicle —particularly a new limited-edition Dodge with one of the last Hemi V-8s — the brand’s Horsepower Locator will help you find one.

The Horsepower Locator at DodgeGarage.com is how Dodge is connecting buyers with dealers that have been allocated its Last Call special-edition vehicles. At the moment, that means the 2024 Dodge Durango SRT 392 AlcHemi, the first such Durango of several that the brand will release throughout 2024. Last Call editions of the 5.7-liter Durango R/T and supercharged 6.2-liter Durango SRT Hellcat will debut as 2025 models before production of the Hemi V-8 ends in December.

AlcHemi: Horsepower, Black and Yellow

Packing a 6.4-liter Hemi V-8 engine under the hood, the Durango SRT 392 AlcHemi produces 475 horsepower and 470 pounds-feet of torque. Dodge is building 250 each in White Knuckle, Vapor Gray, Destroyer Gray and Diamond Black, for a total of 1,000 vehicles. The AlcHemi features dual honeycomb-pattern black stripes edged in yellow, satin-black 20-inch wheels, yellow brake calipers, and black and yellow fender decals.

Dodge has priced the AlcHemi at $91,390 (including $1,595 destination). But limited production, a degree of historical relevance as the end of the line for a famous engine, and dealers competing for the right to sell them are likely to make for substantial dealer markups. Interested buyers should check out the Horsepower Locator ASAP if they want a Last Call Durango in their garage.
