The Jaguar F-Type sports coupe is entering its final year of production for 2024, but the British luxury brand is using the occasion of its demise to debut a new 75th anniversary trim in celebration of its history of sports cars — and, of course, to bump up the price. The 2024 F-Type will start at $79,175 (with destination).
The last F-Type’s exterior styling remains characterized by the sleek and refined lines of the nameplate, but the few changes that are present can mostly be found on the 75 and R 75 models. These special editions get standard 20-inch gloss-black wheels, leather seats, a black suede headliner, trim-specific badging featuring the two-seater’s silhouette, and a unique metallic green exterior color option. For the base R-Dynamic, the badging swaps its red and green colors for black and gray.
All variants will continue to be powered by a supercharged 5.0-liter V-8 engine that makes 444 horsepower in the R-Dynamic and 75 trims and 567 hp in the range-topping R 75. All variants will have a standard eight-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard on the base R-Dynamic; the 75 and R 75 come with all-wheel drive.
