For new shoppers, this includes a new way to shop, including connecting with a salesperson, scheduling a test drive and arranging financing, all done digitally. Home delivery of a purchased vehicle is also an option. The digital portion is currently in beta testing, with a full rollout planned for July 1.
New shoppers can also benefit from Infiniti’s offer of 0% APR financing for 72 months (assuming sufficient credit) on new vehicles, as well as a new 90-day payment deferral for purchases and leases.
Infiniti Now also aims to help current customers with what it calls “I-CARX” servicing, which allows technicians to inspect an owner’s car and provide a digital, interactive report on the state of the vehicle that allows the owner to approve any additional services via phone. Infiniti says this will involve “full transparency of pricing.”
