The 2022 Lexus LX 600 made waves when it first debuted over a year ago. The most significant update to the LX in years, the 2022 model featured a new platform and pitched its long-running V-8 for a new twin-turbocharged V-6. With all this change, Lexus chose to keep the updates for the 2023 model year very minimal and has revealed the full pricing ladder for the 2023 LX 600.
The LX 600 already comes loaded with an impressive array of standard equipment, but for 2023, a heated steering wheel joins the standard equipment list and should please buyers who live in colder parts of the country. The LX 600 F Sport Handling gets access to an all-new hue called Nori Green Pearl, while the Ultra Luxury trim gets standard Takanoha wood trim.
Rugged Off-Road Performance
The 2023 LX 600 is built on the same platform as the Toyota Tundra pickup and Sequoia SUV, allowing it to be lighter than the previous generation. The LX 600 continues with its 409-horsepower, twin-turbocharged 3.4-liter V-6 mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission.
This engine is complimented by an impressive array of off-road-focused features including Active Height Control, an Adaptive Variable Suspension and the latest iteration of the Multi-Terrain Select system. This potent combination allows the LX 600 to be a capable SUV out on the trail and to go places where some of its rivals can’t.
Rewriting the Script on Luxury
When the 2023 LX 600 isn’t trailbusting, it’s coddling its occupants in luxury. All trims come with standard leather seats, but the Ultra Luxury is where things get turned up a notch. The top trim comes with an available Sunflare brown interior, airline-style second-row captain’s chairs and a smaller touchscreen for rear-seat passengers.
