Child-safety seat manufacturer Evenflo is recalling nearly 325,000 examples of its Gold Revolve360 Slim and Revolve360 Slim child-safety seats over an issue that could become a choking hazard.
Affected products were manufactured between Dec. 1, 2022, and Dec. 8, 2024. For specific model and color information, refer to Evenflo’s recall report. The head-restraint foam in the affected seats is not adequately secured away from the child, making it possible for the child to pick off pieces of foam and ingest it, increasing the risk of choking.
As a fix, Evenflo will mail owners additional tape seal and installation instructions for free. The manufacturer will begin notifying owners of the issue Oct. 31, but those with further questions in the meantime can contact Evenflo customer service at 800-233-5921 or visit NHTSA’s website to check their car seat’s brand or model for other recalls and learn more.
