So Many Choices

The 2023 lineup is a long one, as there are 13 trim levels to choose from between the gas-only and hybrid models. At the base level, the Camry and Camry Hybrid come in the LE trim then move to the sportier SE and SE Nightshade variants, which feature 19-inch wheels, synthetic leather power-adjustable front seats and a sport-tuned suspension. Both models also have a premium trim level, the XLE, and a premium sport variant, the XSE. These trims have upgraded technology and comfort features, including a larger touchscreen display and leather-trimmed heated front seats.

Almost all Camrys come with the standard 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with up to 206 horsepower; a 301-hp, 3.5-liter V-6 engine is standard for XLE V6, XSE V6 and top-of-the-line TRD trims. The hybrid combines the four-cylinder engine with an electric motor for a system total of 208 hp. Gas-powered engines are paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, while the Camry Hybrid has a continuously variable automatic.

The mid-size sedan comes with either front- or all-wheel drive on the base and mid-range variants, but the hybrid and V-6 trims are only available with FWD.
