Amazing experience!!

Carlos was really friendly and made the whole scary experience very comfortable. We came in looking at a 2013 and left with a brand new car! We never thought that would be possible.

the service department was great they took me in and discussed the problems i was having and went right to it. kept in touch with me and called when the diagnosis was made and gave me pricing. all of it in a timely matter.

Great services

Carlos is always helpful and very pleasant your service center is origanized and professional. Every time I call I get scheduled promptly with no issues or no wait my car is taking in and serviced at a timely manner. Again Carlos is the better in customer services.

Great Service! Coffee could be better...

Everyone I dealt with were very nice and helpful. Appreciated the free car wash with any service. Skip the coffee machine, provided bitter coffee.

They don't just promise, they make it happen!

I was treated with courtesy, Erik V and Rosendo took their time to explain and answer my questions. Al Piemonte worked with me to arrive at a fair price and gave me a better interest rate than anything I was offered at the two previous dealerships I had visited. Erik promised me he could give me a lower interest rate and he did it! You guys came through for me, and I will gladly recommend to family and friends.

Atmosphere

I came on a Saturday morning to have my vehicle serviced. The Service Representative greeted me and I explained as to my reason. Intermittently, that same person would meet me in the waiting room to give me an assessment of my vehicle and was needed. I really like that.
