2022 XC60 T8 recharge
Replace Hybrid heat exchanger by second day, had heard of long lead times on this part. Overall happy with service and will return for next required service and repair. It is also the closet Volvo factory service and we have pre-paid service and extended warranty. Seems they have loaner vehicles as well we will test that the next time we have service or repairs. The only hiccup was that the car was not washed yet when we arrived. When I called they said it will be ready in less than an hour and we showed up a one and half hours later. The car was cleaned quickly and was cleaned better than most dealers, car was vey dirty. Overall much better experience than with another Volvo dealer we have used.

I pulled into the service center without an appointment. Jamie listened to my problem and straight away offered to take the car in and gave me a loaner car. The level of service was exceptional.

My Car Is Well Taken Care Of
Jamie Hinds makes the whole experience of having my car serviced great. The only thing on this last service was that the care was not cleaned or washed, maybe it was the rain.
