They never give up for finding a car for me and finally got me what I wanted. They even provided alternative options that would meet my interests just in case. They know how to make a customer happy. It was a very smooth process to buy the car from them. Nice and convenience purchase experience that I've never had. Thumbs up!

Service Advisor, Emir, was very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Overall, great service. My only complaint, although understandable due to work load, was that it took several days to perform the 50K miles service. Fortunately, a rent-free car was provided.

Dealership does a good job.

Dealership does a good job. I wish Volvo USA would would fix the AT&T 3G sunset software bugs that have been lingering for many months and have inhibited the installation of the fix on my 2016 S60 car. As a result I have totally lost WIFI support inf the car. This is giving Volvo a very bad impression of being non-responsive to customer issues.
