after having a horrible experience with my first lease at a different Volvo Dealer, I was really considering go else where like a different brand, however I got a phone call from Aslam on a Sat afternoon, by Tuesday evening we had already negotiated a perfect deal, a deal that made extremely happy, I came over on a very busy evening to close the deal and everyone was very kind to me, I'm now a very happy and proud owner of a 2024 C40 Recharge Plus, beautiful color, every I go people loves it, thank you Auto Nation San Jose.

After bad experiences with Larry (Salesperson) and another Service Tech Rep (who doesn’t work at Volvo AutoNation San Jose anymore), I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by Dan’s professionalism and courtesy towards my concerns, my car, and myself. Volvo AutoNation San Jose needs more people like Dan to provide excellent customer service and quick responses to resolve customer concerns. I genuinely thought I would have to visit another Volvo AutoNation, but Dan restored my confidence in this location. Thank you Dan and the Service Technicians for doing an exemplary job!

Bought a used car 4/2/2024, the next day the car didn't
Bought a used car 4/2/2024, the next day the car didn't start, they tried to tell me to just buy a new battery, after going back and forth with them all day they finally agreed to tow my car, it's now 4/10/2024 and I still haven't heard from them in regards to my car. On top of that I was there from 11:45-6:30.
