Bad experience with Hendrick Honda in Hickory !

Bad experience with Hendrick Honda in Hickory !!!! They tried to sell me a used car for the price of a new one!! Must I mention the used car had a lot of miles !!! I’ve been shopping with them for years no late payments or anything but they wouldn’t work with me on a reasonable price for a used car !!! My credit is excellent! But I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else from here on out !!!

We are sorry to hear that your experience was not a positive one.While we can't discuss the specifics of your situation in a public forum, we are also disappointed that things did not work out. It isn't uncommon for a pre-owned vehicle to sell for more than a new one as there are different models, trim levels and engine sizes that affect the market value and pricing of used inventory. We're sorry we couldn't help.

It's easy to give five stars when you have a flawless

It's easy to give five stars when you have a flawless experience. My experience was not flawless, but I was so pleased with the dealership responsiveness that they still get five stars. Inconveniences happen - it's all in how they are handled. Highly recommend.

Went in for oil change and state inspection.

Went in for oil change and state inspection. They did a thorough check of my vehicle and found the battery failed a load test. It was over four years old. I compared their replacement price with that of area auto parts stores and they were about the same. Plus, I know it was installed correctly at the dealership. They got all the work done in less than 1.5 hours. The lounge is nice and comfortable and I enjoyed the complementary popcorn. Excellent work Hendrick Honda!

This dealer will put a front tag on your car for free

This dealer will put a front tag on your car for free advertising that ends up costing you. Within a month of purchasing a new Odyssey the tag falls off with two screw holes with material pulled out of the bumper. No fix for this but buy a new front bumper of cheap plugs replacement cost of $2,000 The staff was belligerent expressed unconscionable behavior a total disaster dealing with these people never again

After over a month of hunting for a well-maintained RAV4

After over a month of hunting for a well-maintained RAV4 hybrid I found one at the dealership. Marshall was responsive and met me with the keys when I pulled in to look at the car. No problem taking it down the road for a pre-inspection purchase. Dealer fees were about half of what other dealers were requiring. And I believe the car was fairly priced based on Kelley blue book. Only glitch was a very long wait to close the deal. I wish they had offered me some coffee or a snack. or to pay for my dinner since I had a 3 1/2 hour drive to get back home. When I did get to the place where I was signing papers, that gentleman seemed like he really wanted to be gone. I commented on feeling rushed and he apologized. His urgency was understandable, considering the dealership had been closed for about 30 minutes already. But I had been waiting for over an hour to get to that point.
