On Tuesday November 14th 2017 we purchased a vehicle from Johnny at Burns Auto and Truck Center. I was giving great customer service. The professionalism was awesome everything that I expected was provided. Johnny was great and walking through everything that I was doing and needed help with. And Gene the finance mgr was great at helping me get into the vehicle I want it. The facility was very clean organized and do appearances all the vehicle look great. Called bout used Silverado twice never bothered to get back to me

Inquired about my new f150, and when I showed up, Ralph our salesman already had the truck pulled and waiting by the entrance. Clean facility and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend Paul burns.

I purchased a used f150 from Paul burns auto center about a month ago with Ralph as my salesman. He got me out of my old suv into this beautiful lifted crew cab pickup. I had some mechanical problems right after purchase and tom the sales manager handled all repairs at his expense and provided me a rental car for my means of transportation. I reluctantly didn't take the extended warranty due to being one income for a family of four and the payment would have been a little to hard to handle on one income. Most used vehicle dealers would have washed their hands of the problems seeing as I didn't take the warranty and not having a used vehicle checked by my mechanic before purchase because it is a used vehicle all in all its a gamble. They fixed all repairs at no expense to me and I can't say enough about everybody at Paul burns auto center. It just shows that there are still decent people left in this world and they back up what they sell. I would highly recommend Paul burns auto center for anyone looking for their next used vehicle purchase.

Drove by and took the chance to stop and look at trucks. Two hours later we drove off in our truck.

Went just to look. I was met by my salesman Johnny. He was very courteous, and was not pushy at all. I was considering a ram truck but then I saw an 07 harley truck, and the rest is history! very fair price for the mileage. they also worked with me after the sale for a wheel alignment. I would not hesitate to go there in the future. Ask for Johnny. He is a great representative of the way buying should be.

First time buyer here at Burns but definitely will not be the last. From start to finish these guys were friendly and welcoming doing whatever they could to make sure things worked out in my favor. I didn't even finish getting off my motorcycle and getting my gear off before I was greeted and welcomed to the dealership.
