Excellent customer service! Dean was very helpful and followed up with me when waiting for the car to be serviced before purchasing my 2016 Nissan Rogue. Every body was nice and helpful through the process. I would recommend Ron Marhofer Nissan and to ask for Dean Graves.

Josh Henderson was high energy and super informative in our purchase. He made everything super easy and always gave us options. He was the only guy that could help us with finding a manual car and he was fantastic.

Ron Marhofer did a wonderful job selling my car, it was the first time for me purchasing from a dealership other dealerships were not as helpful and did not have as clean cars. The sales man was super nice and helpful they made sure that I was comfortable with my purchase and a car I got for a great price I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service I received in the car that I end up buying

We came to Ron Marhofer Nissan in need of some creative options for our car situation, which had become both of our cars costing more to maintain than to drive. We worked with Josh Henderson, who spent many hours helping us to see many different creative options and solutions that worked for us. At the end of a long day, we walked away in a great position of being able to drive some great cars. But more than anything, the experience was so positive, because of the customer service. I loved the honest process, no-haggle pricing, and sales people that cared more about the customer service than "making a sale".
