Disappointed

I have been a long time customer, buying 3 cars from Eldorado Mazda. This visit was so disappointing. Customer service has fallen so low. It takes 2 plus hours to change oil and rotate tires. Even the service mgr was lacking customer service skills when I called to complain. Never once did he offer a chance to make it better. Just gave excuses. If I didn?t have a prepaid service contract, I would no longer go to this dealership. They had just remodeled the place. I see the money goes to look good but not to value the customer. Good luck ever getting me to purchase another car from Eldorado Mazda.

New car sales

Upsell , Upsell Upsell. Won?t sell a car unless you pay for a ?diamond coat? on the exterior interior. 1,700 -2,650 dollars on top of sticker price. Diamond coat the manager said protects the paint from fire. If a fire lights on your hood and is then extinguished you can just wipe of the residue. REALLY. How many times has that happened to anyone.

I absolutely hate the car buying experience but Brad,

I absolutely hate the car buying experience but Brad, Carlos, and Paco made it a great day! We weren't convinced we were going to buy a car just yet but they were patient and answered all our questions and listened to our concerns. 1000% would go back to them if/ when we need another car.
