Great service

DEALERSHIP WAS VERY BUSY. EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY ATTENTIVE. THEY TOOK THIER TIME TO SHOW ME THE AVAILABLE CARS AND TEST DRIVE AND EXPLAIN ALL OPTIONS.. GAVE ME A GOOD TRADE IN FOR MY CAR.

Very unhappy with finance department but satisfied with salesperson

Everything was fine until the finance people screwed it up cuz I'm very unhappy with them I'd be very careful the next time me or anyone else goes in there. And they wonder why they get the stereotypes that car sales people get!!!

Great service

I had a satisfied visit to Grossinger Hyundai I would definitely recommend most definitely better than the service at Happy Hyundai in Oak Lawn where I had such horrible service

The experience was simple given the situation of my vehicle . I was in the market for a new car and now I am driving a new vehicle with the modern and updated safety features as I drive on the road.

The "WOW" Experience

Ryan Yoselowitz, the Greatest sales consultant ever!!! He and his manager worked together until my son and I were totally happy with the deal. The "WOW" Experience comes from, being willing to go beyond the norm to please your customer. Happy customer equals---Sold Car😊. Ryan, mangers, sales staff(including service department) means a dealership you cannot ignore. Grossinger Hyundai "ROCKS" I💖💖💖 my 2017 Hyundai Sonata Limited!!!!

Lies and Trickery

Internet prices are not the real prices in the dealership. They will leave you to wait hours on end. Nothing but lies and tricks. Extremely unsettling and a waste of time

DEALER'S EXTRA COST OF &793.00 REVEALED THE TIME OF SIGNING THE SALE CONTRACT.

EVERYTHING WORKED APPROPRIATELY,EXCEPT THE &793.00 DEALER'S COST WHICH WAS REVEALED THE TIME OF THE SIGNING THE SALE CONTRACT.NOBODY HAD MENTIONED THAT TO ME PRIOR OF THE SIGNING.MY REQUEST OF WAIVING THIS I GOT THE JUSTIFICATION "NO WAY". I HAVEN'T SEEING THIS IN ANY OF YOUR ADS,AND I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY I HAD BEEN FORCED TO PAY FOR IT.THIS IS THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING FOR THE WHOLE TRANSACTION.

Hyundai Grossenger the best

My experience was the best as a woman some things I don't like doing alone but this experience was awesome I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of.
