The car I purchased was a fantastic deal and well worth the extra effort to drive 4 hours, and the process was the easiest, smoothest and fastest of any car I have purchased at a dealer!

I was having trouble with an online car order I made and they did better than what Vroom was offering and went out of their way to make the deal better. I have always brought my car here to get serviced and they always give me a hard time about the oil that I want them to use even though they have used it so many times over the years that I have brought my car to them and they never go by the price they tell you over the phone it's always more expensive when you get there and I'm just disgusted by how I was recently treated as a loyal customer this past time I went on 3/09/2021 and I called to speak with the manager about it but never got a call back some service lol

I just purchased a 2016 f-250 and my salesman was very professional and knowledgeable Ethan Shook and the finance guy met all of my needs to make it a smooth transition my only complaint is with the detail shop my truck was not cleaned up but my salesman said he would have it redone

I bought a new Highlander Platinum after quite a bit of back and forth deciding against a Honda. They were very patient with me. Let me go for two test drives over 3 days of back and forth. My salesman was Holden and he was great. Robert one of the managers was also great and considered all my negotiations. Matt in finance was super. I’m very pleased with the process and the beauty and comfort of the Highlander Platinum. Very laid back dealership compared to Raleigh so I’m overall extremely pleased.
