Lugoff Toyota

Mr. Jamie Gardner was our salesman at Lugoff Toyota. He was friendly and communicated well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were interested in purchasing. He paid close attention to what we were interested in buying. We could tell his objective was to deliver excellent service without being pushy. We live 1 hour from the dealership and we saw a vehicle on line that we were interested in,so when we arrived at the dealership, it was very close to closing time. Mr. Ralph Harper was the used car manager that assisted with the deal, he made sure that all of our questions were answered. We did not feel rushed or pressured to buy. Mr. Ira Thomas handled all of fiance work in a very timely manner. He was very professional and courteous and was great at explaining all the papers that required our signature. We received incredible service tonight and will be returning to Lugoff Toyota the next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

Excellent service. Couldn't of asked for a better sales person to find me the truck of my dream. I wanted full payoff for my Tacoma and got it. Asked for a certain and they were able to meet it so for my overall rating of my experience and everything else that occurred today i would give it a 10 out of 10. The experience I had when buying my Camry with Lugoff Toyota was great! Tyrone, my salesperson, was courtesy, knowledgeable, and patience as I made my car choice. The finance staff was great as well because I got a great deal on my car. I would recommend anyone that's looking to purchase a vehicle to go to Lugoff Toyota.

Jamey was my salesman. He is a very personable guy. After my first conversation, which was just for information, I knew he would be my salesman. He carried me through the whole process without high pressure which I don't like. I myself am in sales and do not pressure my clients. I found my experience to be very smooth with Jamey and all of the staff!

I must admit, I am still at a lost for words in regards to my car buying experience. This is my second time purchasing a car and I wouldn't go any other place but Lugoff Toyota. I came in the dealership knowing what I was up against as far as credit and my car salesman worked with me and landed me in a 2015 Toyota Corrolla. I have called so many friends who are in the process of car buying. I wouldn't refer them any other place but Lugoff Toyota!!!!! This is the 2nd car purchased here but will buy from there again! Mr Jamie Gardner is honest and upfront and I appreciated that. I had recently been searching on the internet for used Toyota Prius'. I found about 4 or 5 that I wanted to look at so, I set out on Wednesday morning to make a day of it. I started out in Augusta then made my way to Columbia. Needless to say, I did not find what I was looking for. Some of the salesmen I encountered were nice people but a few were very unprofessional and down right rude. Then, I finally made it to Lugoff Toyota, which was my last stop on an already long day. I arrived about 45 minutes before they were to close. Tommy Lee was the salesman who greeted me and within a few minutes I new this was going to be a great experience. The used car I went to look at was not what I was needing so Tommy asked if he could try to get me in a new model of the one I was wanting. Honestly, I didn't have high hopes because 4 other dealerships could not get me in a new one within my payment terms. With the help of Cody DeBruhl, these guys hit it out of the park. Not only did they get me in the car with the monthly payment I requested but they were also very personable, pleasant and most importantly, respectful to me as a customer. This goes a long way in my book and a lot of other dealers need to take notes from Tommy Lee and the guys at Lugoff Toyota. They also stayed well after closing hours to get me in the car I wanted. This is how customer service should be. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. If only I would have started at Lugoff Toyota, I would not have wasted the entire day at those other dealerships.

Thanks to Joe Scott for his hard work in finding a car that was just right for me! I went to the dealership to get my 2012 Camry serviced, and left the dealership in a new 2015 Camry! Joe made my decision to purchase a new car easy. I wasn't there all day to get financed. The staff was friendly, and fast!! I'm very satisfied!!!!!!!
