Lugoff Toyota

Bought a 2019 Tundra back in January of 2019. Yesterday was texted by a manager saying they needed me to call them as soon as possible about an issue with my truck. I was at work at the time and unable to have my cell phone. Since I was unable to respond, the manager took it among himself to contact 2 different references I had given them to try and obtain contact information for me. I later responded and let them know about my work situation. And let them know I could take care of it on Monday. Well as soon as I get home from work I hear a knock at the door, and it’s someone from the dealership showing up to my house unannounced with a paper for me to sign. Yet another completely unprofessional move on their part. I’ll definitely never be doing business with them again and will be telling everyone I know to definitely shop elsewhere.

My experience with Lugoff Toyota was wonderful. I had a terrific sales consultant who helped me with all of my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I wanted and gave me the best deals possible. Mr. Nick Howell went above and beyond in his position and I highly recommend him to anyone who chooses Lugoff Toyota to purchase their next vehicle. You won’t be disappointed not only in the hospitality provided but also the dealership and their wide range of vehicles provided.

These young men were very knowledgeable about their craft. They took the time to answer all my questions. Even my repeated ones. I never felt pressured into making a hasty decision. I would highly recommend this dealership, as well as, request that you see Nick. If he is available, request David. I hadn't bought a car in twenty years and was a little out of date with car buying procedures however Jaylin made what could have been very stressful a pleasureful and learning experience. He has a great deal of patience and is very knowledgeable about Toyotas. He was most helpful in assisting with my purchase.

This was the fifth vehicle that we have purchased from Lugoff, Toyota. Very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of our Rep, Mark Koussa and our Sales Manager, Ralph Harper. Everyone was extremely helpful and not pushy at all.

I am from Charlotte and answered an attractive ad for a 2008 Silverado truck listed in the Auto trader. When I called initially, I had spoke to a young man named Cody who led me to believe that the truck was in great shape other than a crack in the jump seat pad and had been driven solely by an older man. So, we drove Lugoff, got registered with a salesman, and proceeded to walk to the truck for a cold start inspection. What we saw was shocking! Not only did the truck need a complete paint job, it had scratches and dents in the body. The drivers seat was broken (would not tilt), the passenger rear window switch was broken, the engine light was on (saw that a performance chip was installed) the tire monitors were all going off, the windshield was broken, and the entire dash was cracked out. I couldn't even offer them an insulting price because the truck was a piece of junk. Therefore, if I could give this dealer a negative score, I would. SHAME SHAME

Everyone was so helpful and nice! We will be using Lugoff Toyota for any future Toyota purchases!! Tyrone was very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with!
