This was a great sales and service experience
I found the Fitzgerald team to be very professional and knowledgeable. There was a couple issues with my used Ram 1500 and the service department was very responsvie and provided a loaner car while they addresed the issues. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Fitzgerald for a new or used truck or car purchase.

Honesty
I really appreciate the honesty from the service department. I purchased my car here about 1 year ago and get my oil changed here every 5000 miles. I have a one way 90 minute commute to work so I need to have a reliable vehicle. Even when I'm concerned about the brakes needing changed the service department is totally honest and Nick never tries to just sell me some new parts. He always gives me his honest opinion on what he would do with the vehicle. That way I'm not putting out any unnecessary money. It is nice to have a great honest business here at FITZ in Chambersburg.

Worst Experience EVER
Bought a used vechile under 100000 miles with all warranties. 5385 miles later engine blow, warranty does not cover. Custer service ends after signing! Beware!

We can certainly understand your frustration and we're sorry you feel this way. We didn't commit to anything except to help you as best as possible while your vehicle was being diagnosed at the Ford dealer. For the record, you purchased a powertrain warranty only. Unfortunately anything can happen on a 13 year old vehicle with 100,000 miles. According to Keystone Ford your engine failed due to a bad injector as it stuck open and flooded the #6 cylinder causing it to break the connecting rod. Since the fuel injector is the cause it is not a covered component of your powertrain warranty. Upon learning that you needed an engine from that dealer we offered you assistance by getting you a used engine and installing it at our cost, which you declined. We also provided you with a rental vehicle for a month and a half while your truck was being diagnosed at that dealer. Should you choose to reconsider please call and speak to Wes Hart, Service and Parts Director at 717-264-7545.

Great experience!
What a great experience we’ve had with Fitzgerald!We bought a Sienna van there 10.5 years ago and it has been an extremely reliable vehicle for our family - it’s still running strong thanks to the expert service technicians employed there! Nick is very informative and takes the time to explain all the details. My van was being inspected this week and I decided to take a look in the used car lot as we’ve been looking for a particular vehicle for my husband. We happened to find exactly what we were looking for at a price that could not be matched! Jeremy Brown and Jonathan Akers were fantastic to work with! They are both very knowledgeable, respectful, and personable, not to mention patient! We truly felt like valued customers and that they took extra measures to make our purchase a positive opportunity and experience! We’d also like to thank Justin Kennedy who helped to show us another vehicle for us to compare before making our final decision. WORTH THE 2 HOUR DRIVE!!!
I found this amazing dealership after doing a web search last night for a Certified Toyota Venza. I found one at my local dealership, but the price was a little too expensive. Fitzgerald Toyota was about $5,000 less for a similar Venza than my local Toyota dealership. I'm so excited about my new car! The service was excellent and the price was even better! Check them out before buying your next car! :)
