I appreciate that my car was inspected and found to be fine. I was shown how to lower the trunk door so that it shuts correctly and doesn't drain the battery because it wasn't closed firmly. I didn't have this problem for 5 years but as the car ages, the trunk door has to be shut firmly and the car needs to be run often.

I have the best service manager at Miller Toyota of Anaheim and his name is Martin. He is honest and does the best service on my car.
