Lucas was very helpful! He provided me with a loaner & made the routine service appointment very pleasant! Suzette was quick to settle my payment and return my car to me. Everyone was great!

Wow - getting my car serviced has gotten awfully
Wow - getting my car serviced has gotten awfully expensive, but I do trust Dick Smith to fix it right. My bill blew a big hole in my budget, but it's cheaper than buying a new car! I do appreciate having a loaner and the people there are very nice. One more thing, I would rather get a call from the service manager than a text about problems that they found. Or better yet, a call and a text. Thanks

My Qx50 was not repaired in service for 2 days.
My Qx50 was not repaired in service for 2 days. Clicking rear end still happening. I picked it up on 9/26/25 Lucas said it was repaired. Nope! Dwan Brown called me to bring my car back on 10/01/25. Still under warranty so hopefully this time it is repaired.
