I had problems with my car almost immediately after

I had problems with my car almost immediately after buying it. I was told my manufacturer warranty and extended warranty would cover any problems but they don’t. Everyone I spoke to was supposed to get back to me but never did.

I have always loved Honda of Columbia.

I have always loved Honda of Columbia. Preston and I are still friends after 20 years. Adam set me up with Regis and he was my sales rep and he was really a great guy as well as Johnny Canady (finance guy). They worked hard to get my deal on the Passport!! It was a very painless process. I'm really glad to be back with Honda.

The salesman treated my daughter with respect and I didn’t find him trying to sell her something she couldn’t afford.

I had lots of anxiety thinking about the car buying

I had lots of anxiety thinking about the car buying process and really didn’t want to get rid of my current car, but our family needed a new and more reliable vehicle. Regis was awesome, he walked us through the different questions we had and made the whole experience very simple and straightforward. The purchasing and trade in went seamlessly and I’m glad to say I love my new Honda! I was so glad to get Regis as a sales associate, his knowledge and professionalism made a huge difference compared to shopping at other dealerships. I would 100% recommend this dealership!

The environment and the professionalism of Regis Fanning

The environment and the professionalism of Regis Fanning is what stands apart for this dealership. We have visited several other dealerships and each time felt uncomfortable, and that the sales people didn't care, or take the time to understand what was most important to us. Regis, and his General Manager, Finance Manager went above and beyond- Although, I still think he could have provided complementary Roof Cross bars--- We are pleased with the buying experience

Regis excelled in all aspects of guiding me through the

Regis excelled in all aspects of guiding me through the car purchasing experience. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in, and was able to answer every question I had. I felt no pressure to purchase anything other than what I wanted, and his easy-going attitude put my anxiety about purchasing a vehicle at ease. I cannot imagine ever buying another vehicle from anyone but Regis, and will highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
