Horrible experience!!! That was very unacceptable
I would never come back to vandergrift Toyota again. No one seems to care about they jobs or the customers. Moe the salesman was very rude and acted very unprofessional toward me on the phone. I wish we did not brought a car from them. It’s all about money and not the customers. I’m very disappointed with the service that received from them that included the tithes department too. No one seems to know or cares how I was going to get my license plate, after we drove 5 hours to this dealership. Also I believe my personal information was mishandled. Please hired some professional to run your dealership.

Good Customer service
Always a good service. We have purchased 3 cars from this dealership in past 10 years. I have enjoyed waiting area with free internet access and free refreshments.
