Service department

Brought my car for service and there was a warning light on they diagnosed the problem and fix it. Everyone was very respectful and Courteous.

Great experience My service rep was ready for me and I did not have to wait long. My issue with my car was resolved and my car repaired that same morning

Excellent service performed on time with constant

Excellent service performed on time with constant feedback from service advisor on additional needed items to update the aging items that were not performing properly. The valet providing transportation to the dealership was courteous and the vehicle was spotless.

The service writer reviewed with me the past service record for my car and discussed my service requests for this appointment. He discussed the costs for the anticipated repairs and timeframe for future repairs/ parts replacements. My car was ready when promised and the final costs were as projected.

Satisfied Customer

I made my appointment for Service Manager Mike Shattuck. He was ready to handle my request as I walked in. He is always prepared to handle you request and I all ways expect that from him and he hasn't disappointed in the last 9or 10 years.. He remembered my husband pasted last year, and asked how I was doing which I think was very thoughtful. I waited on my car, and Mike insured it was ready in the timeframe he advised. Heads up also to the mechanic my car runs beautifully again. Lastly the representative that scheduled my appointment, I think his name was Zack was helpful. He secured the exact time I needed. Thanks to Zack, Mike, and my mechanic for making my experiance great.

Excellent service. Prompt and cordial. Mike was attentive and knowledgeable. With several dealerships in the area MB Orlando in Maitland is the one to deal with.

They brought back my Mercedes and from I didnt have to pay anything to $1010 to $1197 and the person didnt know why .

Professionally run. Scheduling is easy. Welcoming/accomodating staff. My service advisor, Mike Shattuck, knows me and my car. Always gives fair advice. Have been a customer since 1993.
