Justin Eddy at European Motors was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and not overly pushy. I would' hesitate to buy another car at European Motors.

This was one of the worst experiences in buying a car I have ever seen. There were scratches on the front hood when I purchased the car that were promised would be taken care of, and it looks like they put nail polish over them to cover it up. Was not fixed at all, but made it look worse. ANOTHER issue I have had is that the temporary license plate they gave me, they also gave to 8 other people who bought cars from them. So I registered my car for a toll tag and had over $100 taken out of my account in three days on tolls because the other cars with the same license plate were driving through the tolls using my credit card. This has to be borderline illegal to give out the same license plates to multiple customers.

It was a fast experience compared to previous ones I went through, when you literally spend your whole day at the dealer. Right after the deal was made, it was time for Samir to break it down for us. Samir with his great sense of humor made the process smooth and easy. Oh, and we had the pleasure to meet the owner after a very nice talk to him. Thank you guys for your service and welcoming environment; no wonder my family is already part of your clientele for a while now.
