2 words..UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE! I have never experienced car buying like this before. This is by far one of the best dealership around. My husband and I searched for a bigger SUV for several months. We decide to shop out of state and decided to check out European Motors. When we arrived, we were greeted by Amir (our salesman) and told him what we were looking for. He didn't make us walk to the car like normal dealerships. He actually went and drove the truck up to the front door. We were also greeted by the owner of the company (who was very hilarious and sweet). Amir was the best salesman we have ever had. He was very easy to talk with and he made us feel like family. Sam who is the finance manager was awesome as well. Needless to say, I was so pleased with the service, we purchased a vehicle. We had our dealership we wanted to go by while we were in Plano,Tx but after we were so pleased with the customer service there I told my husband I wanted to give them and only this company our business. I would and will recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Driving 6 hours was so worth it! Thank you guys for everything!!

I want to write this review in appreciation for Sam and Ryan. Being a single women it can be frightening car shopping, especially for a used vehicle. From the time I walked in the door, I was welcomed by Ryan who provided such great customer service I was immediately, put me at ease. There was absolutely, no pressure. Ryan gave me the keys to my now dream car (Mercedes Benz E350 Coupe), told me to take my time test driving. Upon return we talked about my budget, purchase price, warranty options, and he stuck strictly to my needs. Once I made up my mind, he introduced me to Sam who was patience, thoroughly explaining every detail of my purchase, and even after the sale, Sam was kind enough to sit with me outside and reprogram all my info, and phone contacts into the vehicle. I had one minor problem with one of my back lights, he told me bring it in and both Sam, Ryan and the Mechanic was so nice. If you're a women and looking to buy a car these young men will definitely put you at ease, and you too can drive away in your dream car today? Being a first time car buyer I was very nervous and anxious. I was scared of someone taking advantage, being too pushy, or just all around miserable experience. Coming to European motors I had none of those feelings. I had called to make sure the car I was looking into was still available. They took the time to go physically check and call me right away saying it was there. From the moment walking in to the grand exit of driving away in my new car I had nothing but amazing feelings. Not only did they make my husband and I feel right at home, they made sure to just get right to the point in a very fast and friendly manner. I was very thrilled to get a check up call the next morning making sure I was still happy with my purchase. Forever a customer to European motors! Thank you guys for being the bee's knees!

I consider myself a very informed buyer, I do my research. Prior to visiting any dealerships I spent several weeks researching cars online and ended up with a substantial list of positively reviewed dealers (large, small, family owned, everything). For geographical reasons and with an abundance of positive reviews I made my first stop at European Motors. It also turned out to be my last. Prefacing my visit, I first called ahead to check if they had the particular model I was interested in. I was greeted by Amir, an incredibly friendly sales associate who encouraged me to stop by whenever convenient. When I got there the car was waiting up front, after some quick pleasantries I was in the car for a test drive. They told me to take as long as I needed. No hassle, no pressure, excellent customer service. That was pretty much the tone for my entire visit. The car, although 2 years old, was in immaculate condition. New tires, clean title, service history. It was exactly what I wanted! My great experience continued into negotiations. The car was very competitively priced already, but as I was saving to get married my budget was strict. Amir came down on the price and Naz, the GM, gave Amir the go ahead to discount even further. Amir even bought a pair of shoes from my fiance?s shoe company while we waited for the paperwork! Then on top of everything Sam, in the finance office, was able to obtain a lower rate than my bank and several other companies pre-approved me for! I?m still blown away by how awesome their customer service was! If you?re in the market for a new vehicle do yourself a favor and check out European Motors. I can?t believe how much time I could have saved if I would?ve just driven up there from the get-go.

Found a car on their dealership, it was bit out of range so we made an offer over the phone. They were slow to respond and finally after a couple of days when we were about to close the deal, they said that the owner has raised the price by 2k. Bought several cars but never knew used car dealers play this game too .... Disappointing !

They were very friendly and talked me through every step of my car purchase. They didn't try to push any add ons to my loan. They also looked to find me the best financing available. Won't car shop anywhere else.
