I have to say the sales lady was definitely the Superstar the dealership. Unfortunately she has very little support have to waiting 2 hours to go back and do the paperwork to purchase the car. When checking the car out the air conditioning didn't work. Took it to the service department they couldn't fix it that day suggested I take the car home make an appointment and bring it back. Told him are you kidding me it's a brand new car I'm not taking it until you fix it. Second bad experience I've had with this dealer never do business with them again

Liars and Cheaters at Stokes Honda North
Nothing but liars and cheaters. Over charged my son on buying his first car on his own. Charged Him over $8,000.00 in excess of the true value of the car. They would not take the car back after it broke down within 2 weeks from buying the car. I bought a Honda odyssey and an Accord from Stokes Honda North in the past along with going there for service. I was about to purchase a new Pilot in May, but I will no longer shop at Stokes Honda North. They lost a long time customer and I will tell everyone not to shop there.

Avoid!!
This is directed 100% at the sales team and specifically the financial folks who finalize paperwork. You inability to tell the truth to your customers will be the downfall of your company. Service saves Stokes Honda, not sales. Each time I have had my car serviced, another issue comes up and each time it was because sales lied about the coverage of the warranty or extended warranty. Then they act stupid and oblivious to this. Trust me, Stokes Honda lost a repeat customer forever. I am happy Service did a good job and the service manager was willing to work with me, but frankly I just cannot bring myself to using Stokes ever again. Faitfully customer since 2004, but no longer. Bye Stokes!!

Worse experience ever
I spent all day at this dealership they said they will be able to get me in a car at the payment I wanted. Total xxxxxxxx pissed me off they xxxxxxxx me with the trade in my car, and I have never spent that much time at a dealership and was lied to and didn’t even get a car. I don’t recommend anyone going to this place it’s a joke

STOKES HONDA IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME - THEY WILL RO
Stokes Honda provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First, I bought a car with them a year and a half ago. Everything was dandy. They were more than helpful. Until it became apparent they sold me a complete lemon! I came home for a funeral this past weekend to have my transmission fail. I brought it into Stokes based on my good experiences prior. I regret this wholeheartedly since I was initially quoted $7000 for repairs and then pawned off between salespeople when it became clear they could not make any more money off of me. Not only did they completely leave me in the dust, but they were also condescending and belittling. I can specifically call out Kathleen, Gary, Joe, and Rodney, who, as a team, destroyed my faith in Honda. Kathleen was unhelpful and avoidant. Gary accused me of not servicing my car at all in my ownership, despite me keeping all receipts of maintenance. Joe was equivalent to Oz behind the curtain - all-powerful but nowhere to be found. I'm beginning to think Joe doesn't exist and is just the sales department's fake scapegoat. And Rodney... Rodney was all smiles when I was buying the car and all accusing when I needed help. I could go on and on but I save y'all the time. STOKES HONDA IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME - THEY WILL ROB YOU.

POOR customer service/ CONSUMER BEWARE
In an effort to preserve my older Accord I started going to this location. Before I took my car to them I was not having any issues other than my air conditioner. I simply wanted to do some things on the list of suggested services they've given because I did not want to buy a new car. I had the air conditioning and components done,all leaks,oil pan, and brought it back for service an oil change. So within 5 months I'd been there a lot. And granted after having the AC done and the oil pan I did have to take my car back a couple times for them to do things but nothing that really causing the alarm because it didn't cost me anything for them to go back and do you know the little stuff so I was comfortable. About a week after my oil change and several thousands of dollars during this pandemic the car runs hot and the radiator melts. No alarm, no dash light, no warning. Because I've been using this location to service the the car I had it towed there because I failed to understand how it can run hot and I just had my oil change everything was fine. I even spoke to the advisor about the radiator flush because it is a little bit older model car and they advised me not to do it if I haven't done it within a certain number of miles because it could lead to additional issues with the car thought nothing else of it went on my way.I didn't think I needed to check the oil stick since I just had my oil change maybe a week prior or the fluids because I shouldn't have any leaks,no fluid on my driveway nothing to cause any alarm. Not only can they not tell me why it happened I have yet to speak to the manager my car is still on their lot. What I brought my car to them to prevent I feel they caused. The one lady manager who spoke to my husband which he said was unprofessional and rude is really the only contact because after speaking to the advisor who had been helping me it pretty much went silent. This is a poor customer service experience and definitely doesn't build lifetime customers because. In trusting you to assist me I ultimately feel like I've wasted my money and now I have to Shell out some more to buy another vehicle. I'm going to slap in the face even if it was not their fault having some empathy assisting with solutions because I entrusted you to help me preserve the car. The lack of service or support after the fact does not exist.

Great Experience at Stokes Honda North!
We had a great experience working with Joe in purchasing a new car!! He was courteous, helpful and trustworthy! He stayed in touch with us, answered our many questions and even stuck with us while we took a "time out" to deal with Covid! He was there for us when we were able to return and didn't miss a beat! I have to also say a HUGE thank you to Tony, one of the sales managers, who really stepped up to the plate in the final negation stage! I truly didn't think we were going to be able to "make this happen" but you went above and beyond to make sure to keep our business! We are very grateful for Stokes Honda! Great Experience! Thank you again Joe and Tony!
