Great Customer Service

I bought a 2011 Chevy Cruze from Kinsey and Rodney. They were both fantastic conversationalist and able to help find a vehicle that would fit my needs, in my price range. Best car buying experience I have had.

Fast and professional

I made my appointment online that morning, before they opened. I was greeted @7:15 completing paperwork. Car was ready @8 AM as promised.

Great overall experience

I had been looking at cars for about two weeks, trying to make up my mind what I wanted. I knew I wanted a small SUV/crossover vehicle but I didn't know what make and model. I do not consider myself to be loyal only to a name brand of car. I had researched, looked at and test drove quite a few vehicles without finding the right one. I knew I would know the right one when I found it. The Honda CR-V was one of the vehicles I was considering. Tom Dabich was the sales person that I dealt. He was extremely helpful. He understood what a big decision it was for me. He stated that your vehicle is the second biggest purchase you will ever make, so you want it to be the right one. He explained the features of the CR-V EX. He did not talk down to me when explaining car specs or technology. I had also dealt with Jessica while I was there, both her and Tom worked well together to finalize the transaction. I drove it and knew that is what I wanted. I bought a 2013 Honda Certified Used vehicle. He explained the warranty with a "Certified" used vehicle and even helped me to hook up my phone with the Bluetooth in the vehicle. My whole experience with Stokes Honda North was exceptional. This is the second vehicle we have bought from them. I would recomend Stokes Honda North to anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used.

Great vehicle, disappointing pickup

My sales person was okay to work with, low pressure and answered all my questions. I was originally looking at a new Accord, then decided the Crosstour was a better solution for me. I was told all the features in the EX-L Accord would be in the EX-L Crosstour. There was not a new EX-L Crosstour on the lot to compare. I test drove the 2013 version. I made the deal and they would locate one. My sales person said she would let me know when one was found. That call never came, I had to call. When the car came in, I was told that it did not have the Push button start or smart entry system. That was on the EX-L V6. I was disappointed, but felt it was to late to change now. We called and made our appointment to pick up the car. It took a total of 3 hours to pick it up. None of the paperwork was started ahead of time, ie payoff of my current vehicle, loan approval for new vehicle etc. I feel this process could be greatly streamlined, my sales person had all the information ahead of time. I had also asked about an accessory for the Crosstour, my salesperson was supposed to look into it and get me a price. Again, I never heard on this. I do feel that overall they wanted to work with me and did. I am extremely satisfied with the final purchase price.

Great Dealership

I went in to buy a newer vehicle. I ended up with a 2012 Honda Pilot this is the second Honda I own. They did everything to get me into this vehicle. Great group of people.

I went to Stokes to purchase a used highlander.I thought I had found the perfect car at a great price.After purchasing the vehicle,I realized that it had a 4 cylinder and not a 6.This was my mistake,not the sales associate.When I contacted Stokes sales the next morning,they were completely understanding and told me not to worry that they were going to help me fix the problem.Upon arriving at the dealership,,the sales people welcomed me and "undid" the highlander deal.They patiently found me a great Honda Pilot.I really appreciate their understanding and kindness.Other dealers would probably have held me to the contract.My next vehicles will come from Stokes Honda.Thanks Lauren.J.Warren

Great business!

I live Honda North and will recommend this place to anyone I encounter. I have been a loyal customer since 2007. I have purchased two cars from here and only get maintenance done on my car here. They are not inly excellent but efficient. I always wait when I have my car serviced thinking I will be there for hours, yet I have been in and out each time. I love this business!

AWESOME Car Buying Experience

I recently purchased a 2014 Honda Accord EX-L. I knew exactly what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. The sales staff was nothing but EXCEPTIONAL, they did not try to sell me something that I did not want and were willing to work with me to get the bottom line price where I wanted and was all done within an hour. Miriam Daisy, Sales Consultant was OUTSTANDING.. She made sure everything was taken care. I will definitely buy another car from Stoke Honda and will refer friends and family.

Fantastic service department!

I took my CRV for the first time to Stokes Honda for A thorough servicing. Tyrone was my service writer and was very professional but friendly at the same time. He was a good listener and wanted to know the history of the car before we serviced it. Based on what I told him he gave his suggestions also. He never once tried to upsell me on anything that truly wasn't necessary but at the same time he understood I wanted it serviced correctly and nothing missed. He gave me a quote for about seven different things been serviced and then he thought the bunch them altogether to give me a discount. And then also found a manufacturer coupon. When it came time to drop dropping the car off for service I had an issue with transportation and without saying a word he read me a call from enterprise car rental. That was awesome. All the work was done correctly and on time, my experience with Tyrone was perfect, The price for all the work done at a Honda dealership was very low due to Tyrone and I can naturally telling improvement with the way the car drives so the service was perfect. They will service your car correctly and out of fair price. I'm looking forward to my next trip back.
