I was looking for a dependable car that would meet our needs and be suitable for me. I am mother and I am under the age of 30 so style and size was the key! Also, my credit was the down fall. I had less than perfect credit. I thought, I will at least try to see if I can get financed and if not the I guess buy here pay here (which is not a good option). I would recommend anyone to go see Stokes Honda North! I was treated with respect and got financed for a car I love that fits my needs, wants and budget. I will never go to another dealership for a car, Stokes Honda North has my business for life!!! I am very pleased. If you have bad credit go checkout Stokes Honda North and see if they can help you the same way they helped me when I thought it was not possible.

Great Service
Visited Stokes Honda in the past two months for an oil change and tire rotation. Both times I was in and out in good timing. The service team is great about letting you know what your car needs in order to keep it in good condition.

I love my car. I was so lucky to find a Chevy at the Honda dealership. I had to wait for service in spite of a scheduled appt. After I left my check engine light came one. Your representatives are cordial and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to come to the service department.

Right On Time!
I made an appointment for a recall item. I was greeted at my car, and waited while the repair was done. They said it would take an hour, and it did. I appreciate that! I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends, and it will be our dealership of choice for future automobile needs.

Proven Over Time
I purchased my used 2002 Accord at Stokes Honda North over 10 years ago. Whenever there was a problem, and there have been only a few, they have repaired it completely and at a fair price. Because of the long term positive experience with the car and the dealership, I decided it was time for a new Accord. I previously had the 6-cylinder engine. But after driving the new fuel efficient 2.4L 4-cylinder, I was sold. I did my homework, so the sales process was no-hassle and my offer was accepted. The sales consultant did a fine job explaining features and options, so making choices was no problem. A More clear explanation of the cost of add-ons in the financing process would be helpful. Bottom line - I got a good price on a good product from some good people.

Needed a Car, Fast
I showed up at Stokes Honda needing a car immediately. I'd been involved in an accident and the insurance company had just notified me that they were only going to pay for the rental for 3 more days. So when I arrived at the Stokes lot, I was anxious and more than a little irritated. I felt bad for the salesman who's turn it was because I was afraid I'd be a difficult sale. I can't say enough about that salesman, Tom Dabich. He pulled the short straw when he got me, for sure. But I left that day with a car I love, and even though it took the insurance company another 2 weeks to pay me (so it took me another 2 weeks to put that money down on the car), he was kind and understanding and never made me feel that I was being a pain in the neck. And the finance office was also fantastic -- Clareon McNeill got me financing for my new car at a much better rate than I expected, and was extremely patient while I waited for the check from the insurance company. The folks I've dealt with at Stokes Honda made what I felt was going to be a very difficult experience, very pleasant. I'd go to them again in a heartbeat!

Recent Service
They greeted me immediately upon my arrival and noted my service requirements. I had an inquiry about fixing a light in my dashboard at which the Representative returned within 5 minutes advising that the process may take a few hours. I stated I thought it would, but could not wait on this visit. I advised I would schedule another visit when I could. The other service I came in for (oil change) took only about 45 minutes which is exactly what I was told. Thanks for the great service. Steve Ekhaml

Fast and efficient
I brought my Pilot in for a scheduled service appointment. Since I live only a mile away, I walked home, expecting to have breakfast before I walked back . I had barely started to eat when my phone rang informing me that my Pilot was redy for pickup. I had to harass the people a little for disrupting my breakfast. We all had a good laugh. On task, on time , very friendly(Like family), and very professional. Thanks for being you.
