Thank you Dario for great service!

I just bought my car from Ken Garff and couldn't be happier with the dealership. They didn't try and play any of the pricing games and was completely transparent with exactly how much I had to pay. Dario was extremely helpful, easy to communicate with, quickly to get back to me and a pleasure to deal with. I bought the car, left my car at their dealership and he even returned my car to the BMW dealership! Trevor in finance was also a pleasure to deal with and he had me sorted in about 20 minutes and out the door. Very impressed with these guys!

Rude and slow

Had an appointment and waited 3 hours to have a tire mounted and balanced. Anthony in service was rude, indifferent, and dishonest. I was beyond frustrated and he made me feel like I was wrong for expecting any better. When I finally gave up and decided to pay for the new tire and leave, the parts guy's jaw dropped when he heard how long I was waiting for a tire to be mounted; he personally left the desk to mount it for me. Done in 5 minutes. I wish I got his name because he was the only helpful employee in the building.

Service department

Came in with a Dodge 3500 with 3000miles, with transmission problems, the people at the desk where playing on there CELL PHONES! not even wanting to be there, let alone trying help you. WHAT A JOKE!!! Too bad for the owners. Ill never go back.

WORSE SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!

They don't care. It is an ordeal every single time. They screw up and it's oh well. I have had my sheep in there several times. They are always sorry but nothing ever changes.

They have no one to look at my van

They have had my van for three days, I am pregnant and now I have no way to drive to the hospital if I go into labor. I can not even get home after work today since the shuttle doesn't go to Tooele. They have no cars for me as a loaner. They have no technicians to look at my van for the last three days and none scheduled to look at it today. This is the same issue I had to bring the van into them in June and it is happening again. In June they "fixed" the problem but provided me a loaner car so I could at least get around. Now when it is imperative I have a working car, they can neither get a technician to even look at the van nor provide me anything to drive while they have my van for an unknown amount of time until they can find a technician to look at the van to even tell me how long they will be holding it hostage. I would not recommend their service center.

Went to look at a truck but didn't act fast enough and someone else bought it. Rey Soto helped me to find a sweet almost brand new charger instead, I am very happy with the service I received and the super happy with the car I got!

Do Not go here for Service!

This review is specific to service. I bought my Durango in 2014 and loved my buying experience and my car! However I have experienced my first issue with the car now at 70,000 miles. Since I am dependent on my vehicle every day I made an appointment and scheduled my day accordingly. I dropped the car off at 9am and told them I needed it back by 3:30 to get to an event that evening. At 3:00 I get a call that they haven't even started work on the car to find the Anti-freeze leak. At this point I am asking why I bothered to make an appointment if this is how things are going to go and do they have a car for me...answer is no...seriously?!?! You are dealership and you don't have a car for me??? Later that evening they call...they found the leak, but I can't have my car back until its fixed and now they have a rental for me. So I have been in a rental for a WEEK. Every day its "we are waiting on parts" or the technician is out sick". Today I call the number on my caller ID returning their call only to get routed through a million selections to get to the right dealership and then to service only to have the person on the phone tell me that they don't have record in the computer that my car is in for repairs let alone its status. So basically they have had my car for a week with no record of it??? I finally get a different number to call only to be told they are going to TRY to start on it this afternoon and they will TRY to have it done by the end of the day tomorrow! This is out of hand! I will go anywhere else to have my car serviced in the future!

Awful experience

They have the worst service department. I scheduled a time to have a recall taken care of. They said it would be about 2 hours depending on how busy they are. When I get there they don't have the part and they tell me they need my truck for at least 3 days. It was a waste of time.and money going there.

Worse Dealership Ever

I Was pushed into buying a Jeep, it supposedly had AWD and the sales guy wouldn't let me leave for 2 hours and now they won't help make their mistake right, I was told a manager would call me back and 3-4 weeks later no call, when I call they so happen to be busy every time I let them know it's me and when i have tried to visit the General Manager they say he's busy and won't make me an appointment with them. I want them to fix their mistake but this is ridiculous!
