My experience with Matt Gladwell was great. He was very professional and communicative throughout the entire process of waiting for my vehicle to be delivered. He answered all my questions, and was super knowledgeable on the vehicle features. I'd highly recommend my friends and familiy to Fred Anderson Toyota and working with Matt. Additionally my experience with Matt Laurence was excellent. He was low pressure and explained all my options very thorughoughly for service and warranty coverages.
