Was having an issue with my truck which was still under
Was having an issue with my truck which was still under warranty. George was assigned as my service rep and I could not be any more appreciative. From the very beginning George was straight forward and set realistic expectations on how long my truck would take and he was spot on. I had the privilege of working with Josh Woods in April
I had the privilege of working with Josh Woods in April of 2024 when he sold me my new 4Runner TRD Off-Road SUV. He was absolutely fantastic to work with and as a result we returned to Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston this past month to purchase a pre-owned car for my daughter. Once again, he did not disappoint and helped my daughter find a 2023 Corolla LE that she absolutely loves! Josh is responsive and maintains excellent communication with his customers like myself and my daughter. He really made a concerted effort to listen to her car needs and responded accordingly. We are so grateful for Josh's time, expertise and friendliness! He's been wonderful to work with and we look forward to working with him again down the line!

Ben in financing was instrumental in finding us the best interest rate & a loan we can manage.
