This was a complete waste of time!

This was a complete waste of time!!!! I test drove the car as I was up in the area. They even had me go through their financing services, even though I had been approved by a financial institute of my choice. Guess they didn't like that and totally low balled my trade in car (which is typical of dealers). Never heard back and vehicle was sold. They called a few weeks later and hung up on me.

Hello, thank you for reaching out. According to our records you did tell us you had automatic approval with your bank but still wanted us to quote you a rate. We cannot quote an exact rate without a credit application being filled out. When you did fill one out online later, you instructed us not to go any further, which limits what we could have done. The salesperson, Connor Dunning, was very knowledgable

The salesperson, Connor Dunning, was very knowledgable about the different cars and was informative and personable but was not pushy which I really liked. And after I finished the purchase, he was so helpful in setting the car up so that the navigation would work with my phone. 5 star salesperson. Finally, the purchase process took only about half the amount of time it has taken me to purchase vehicles in the past which I also appreciated.

Maressa was an excellent sales person.

Maressa was an excellent sales person. She was very helpful and paid attention to details in helping me to purchase my new car. She is the opposite of a high pressure salesperson! She was knowledgeable, but didn’t apply pressure.

We had a really amazing experience with Toyota of Charleston. We pretty much knew what we were looking for, we just didn’t know how we were going to do it and everyone worked with us quickly and got us a great deal. But the star was definitely Chris. He showed us a variety of options and listened to exactly what we liked and didn’t like. He didn’t beat around the bush with financing options and he took our concerns and worked with them. He was quick, informative, and an all around awesome person to work with. We will definitely be back for future purchases.

We had the best car buying experience ever at Fred

We had the best car buying experience ever at Fred Anderson Toyota. Andrey is a great salesman and made the process so easy. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, which helped so much! It’s so nice to be able to learn directly by being shown about the vehicle you’re buying instead of having to read about it. The Sales Manager, Don, was also introduced to us and worked with us throughout some of the deal making process. He was very professional and neither him no Andrey were pushy at all. We also worked with Jeremy in finance and he was great to work with. Overall, we’re so glad we bought our new RAV4 at this dealership and definitely look forward to coming back!
