Chivas is the first employee I have dealt with in years

Chivas is the first employee I have dealt with in years who actually took the time to explain things to me and treated me as a human and not a purse. The rest of the employees in the service department could all benefit from following Chavis’s lead as he is Fred Anderson’s gem and a true asset. The service shop and Fred Anderson on the other hand is disappointing at best. You nickel and dime for everything. You do unnecessary work without prior approval. I have had numerous issues with Fred Anderson over my 10 years of being their customer and will not be using them anymore for anything other than my free oil changes which really are not free. I’ve been a loyal customer and only ever had a service or any work done on my vehicle at this location and you would think I was a beggar off of the streets asking for change. I requested my locks be looked at as my key fob was not locking nor unlocking my doors as well as not working from my door panel unless the car was cranked. I suspected it was a blown fuse or an issue with my ECU and not an actuator issue as none of the doors were working to include my rear door. They immediately told me it was a key fob issue and recommended a new key be cut and chip be made which is BIG money. Luckily I knew it was not a fob issue and asked chevis to ask the foreman to investigate further. They wanted to then charge me an additional $350 to investigate further which would only be to diagnose not to fix. I’m so disappointed in them and unfortunately this was the final straw for me. Thankfully Chavis voided the initial $105 diagnosis as I was never given an official diagnosis.

Kristen, if it was going to be misdiagnosed you would have not been charged a single dollar. If a tech needs additional time to look at an issue then that amount would have gone toward the fix once it was discovered. Chrissy is extraordinarily patient and generous with her

Chrissy is extraordinarily patient and generous with her time in finding the perfect vehicle for the buyer. She's affable and completely trustworthy. When I first walked into the dealership, it was completely out of "due diligence" just to make certain I considered all of my options before buying from elsewhere. Chrissy nailed exactly what my needs were and found my ideal car with excellent terms and service. She sold me! She made the impossible happen. Taylor is equally fabulous in explaining the terms of financing and the various options. I drove away in my new car knowing I've gone into business with a great dealership that advocates transparency and wonderful service.

Brandon was the absolute best salesman I could have asked

Brandon was the absolute best salesman I could have asked for! He was very easy going, SO helpful, and never once made me feel pressured to make any purchases on the spot. I honestly think my experience would have been much more stressful had he not been the salesman that helped me. I ended up getting a car the same day and he made the process very easy. I definitely recommend Fred Anderson Toyota, and make sure to ask for Brandon!!!

Chrissy was an incredible person to work with! First time buying a new car and she made it so easy. Chrissy got me exactly what I wanted, I ordered a vehicle and she got the car for me way earlier than I expected. Perfect experience and she was extremely communicative which was huge up for me.
