Everyone is always, very friendly and helpful. They listen and follow up. I have used other dealerships in the past but none have taken as good of care in getting my vehicles serviced and back on the road. Maverick has assisted me each time and has always been honest and straight forward. Also, their service videos are awesome! It’s nice to be virtually walked through and shown any issues your vehicle may have. They describe why things aren’t an issue too. Thanks for providing such excellent service.

Everyone at Fred Anderson Charleston is so nice from your service department to sales. I have been getting my Highlander serviced there for two years and finally got the opportunity to trade up to my new 4Runner. It took me three days of going back and forth trying to make a decision and both JJ and the Management team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. JJ is simply the best he wasn’t pushy, he was vey kind and trust me I was annoying he has the patience of a Saint. Thank you for being the best person. I feel like I have family at Fred Anderson!
