Great service!

Charles, as always, was prompt and courteous. I was in and out for my service quickly. I always call him directly to schedule my service appointments. He makes sure it is properly scheduled and handled quickly and promptly.

Best place in Charleston for auto service

Told me it would take an hour. Almost to the minute ...one hour. Nice place to work while waiting with wifi also. Even had a lady who came around asking if we needed anything. Service with a personal touch...wow!

A pleasure to work with!

We visited several dealers, Toyota and others, when trying to decide on a vehicle to replace our minivan. A few of them were pushy or even belligerent. In pleasant contrast, the folks at Fred Anderson were polite, helpful, listened to us, made good suggestions, and gave us a good deal on a new Highlander and a fair price on our trade-in. Their Family Plan for vehicle maintenance was additional incentive to buy from them and to return to them for service.

Great car buying experience

This was our best car buying experience so far. We will definitely come back to Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston for future vehicle purchases. We were even able to negotiate a price over the phone before driving into the dealership. My husband and I worked with Blake Dunn. He went above and beyond, negotiating a fair price and even throwing in cruise control, receiver hitch and window tint. Blake was both likeable and professional. We would definitely want to do business with him again.
