Great, helped by Taron. Came in 4 an oil change. Been there once other & it was great then too. Twenty five words is too much for an oil change.

Excellent and prompt service advisor. Garage area shown on video was spotless. Information shared on video was easy for me to understand. The service time in the garage was very reasonable. Even though I live in Summerville, I prefer to travel to Hendrick for their excellent service..

Regular Service on BMW 2022 four series
Service was fast fair and done correctly all questions were answered. Service Advisor was Taron Graves he was prompt dealership provided a four point inspection of the vehicle as well.

Great Service
Just had ANOTHER PHENOMENAL experience at Rick Hendricks BMW on Savannah Highway. Issue with a sensor light in my 2 week old car. Called the manager Eric. Fifteen minutes later I get a call from the service department for an appointment with my car in 2 days AND a BMW loaner. My service rep Jake was outstanding and kept me in the loop regarding the progress of my repair. (ON VIDEO !!) My car was fixed in 24hrs. No charge AND I was able to buy all weather mats at$50 LESS than the BMW app!!! Love my CAR 🥰
