Car buying made easy. Chuck is friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. I went to look at the new Cx30 and quickly determined it wasn’t for me, but I was assured it wasn’t a waste of time. I've been a Mazda owner for 35+ years, just moved to the Charleston area recently. Had a brief passable experience with Stokes service dept. although the work they did was not great. Had a horrible experience trying to contact their sales dept. So bad, in fact, that I disbelieve that the other good reviews that they received are really customers. I had a discussion with "Heather" who was supposed to get information for me before I took the long drive to come to the dealership. She is not listed in the employee list. She texted several times, but never got back to me and then subsequently didn't return calls for several weeks. Mazda makes great, well-designed cars - too bad this is the only place in this area to try to buy one.
