I was very pleased with the honesty, fairness and pricing of yesterday's repair on my very old Toyota Camry Hybrid. There was zero pressure to forgo the repair and purchase a new car as I had anticipated. Raymond Kovacsiss (in the service department) is a straight shooter and an asset to the company.

Bought a 2019 Tacoma with the help of salesman Billy Tisdale. He was very likable and friendly. He worked hard to satisfy me during my purchase.

Don Jackson was our a salesman and he was a pleasure to work with. Brought my vehicle in for an oil change this week and worked with Ray Kovacsiss who was very nice, professional and helpful. Thank you Ray. My only complaint with this dealer is that the buying process took wayyyy too long. We were there for hours, and we were getting very aggravated.

This dealership thinks because they sell Toyotas they will always have business because Toyota is a good car. However this dealership had to understand that if they keep up their shady practices they will fall. I dislike Florence Toyotas practices, customer service, finance department (especially the foreign guy who’s been working there for years). I give them a -1!!!
