Incompetent Ghetto carlot

This is terrible place to do business with. I started the morning off with a call from an incompetent salesman who lied to me and failed to send me the requested info. My second call to this business resulted in talking to a second incompetent salesman who did the same!

Take your money elsewhere

You will have your credit ran just for them to tell you they can’t help you. They don’t even try to work with you at all.

Stay Away!

WARNING! these guys add unnecessary addons to the car to increase the price... features were not on the car but they still wanted to charge cost. GPS car locator and clear door trim protectors... $17,000 was over $22,000 after taxes/ reg and their additional addons. Car was dirty and barely presentable. These guys use off the tricks of the trade, that the average consumer fears when they think about buying a car.

tremendous horrible job

im glad I read the reviews before going and wasting my time going to this dealership,too much bad reviews I think with all this pandemic,with are hard workers and I think if this people need are money they need to star working and their costumer service hard like with do and are job place to earn are moneys,i will give the opportunity to a difference dealership and I will try you guys and the future.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Scheduled an appointment. I was told the car was drove away by the boss when I arrived. They told me to come back tomorrow….. What a waste of time

Terrible service.

Terrible service. 5 emails were never answered. Used their online online chat that was helpful and promised my questions would be answered and a visit would be setup but never received an email. Find a better dealer if you can.

This place is Horrible, they are slow to respond and even forgot that you inquired about a car. I would find a dealer that acutely cares about there customers. If I could award them no stars I would.

Steer Clear of this Dealership!

Today was an unfortunate day at Karplus in Pacoima. I went to view a car and was very excited to see it and test drive it. The car was not ready to drive when I arrived and Elizabeth (Who was a sweetheart) asked if I could come back later in the evening so they can get it washed and pulled out from behind a couple other cars. I said no problem and left. I went back with my wife tonight and test drove the car. I was ready to purchase and when we sat down one of the managers came and explained that the price posted online was a "starting price" and not the actual purchase price. He proceeded to tell me that it'd be extra for things like wheels, toolkits, lift kits, etc. He said the price would actually be $4,800 more than the listed price. After trying to understand the logic behind this he said, "All dealerships do this." Well, Mr. Manager, just because all dealerships do this, doesn't make it right. He encouraged me to look for a private party to purchase from. I left disappointed and felt completely bamboozled by this dealership. If I were you, I'd steer clear from this dealership.
