Car buying experience
Best experience so far, Alex B and Joel gave us a whole different experience in purchasing a car. Very respectful,courteous and these 2 are real gentlemen. Best sales experience in town...
They received me with great welcoming meet and greet they also allowed me to test drive a few other vehicles that were on discounted like the one i came in to look at. Not only did they honored the price they explained how they bottom rock pricing works. They also showed me how to download the Anti-theft system app on my phone when i registered my new pre owned vehicle 2018 Acura Tlx. My insurance company gave me an automatic discount for having this system already pre installed. They showed me great financing options but all for minimal down payment. I give this dealership A plus on efficiency and respect for being very transparent in all my info given to me. I was very impress that even the with the discounted price online the tax and liscense fees with the Anti-theft system i still retain 90percent of the car value. I definitely will recommend all my family and friends to karplus warehouse inc. Also i wont be an unrealistic shopper with a false understanding on that karplus warehouse has the best prices in the whole valley.
