Wow, I’d like to thank Classic GMC of Arlington’s service dept, most specifically Service Manager Justin and Service Team Lead Israel. Both were transparent with me regarding my vehicle as well as took the time to go above and beyond about the National AC Delco Oil Filter delays that aren’t their fault at all. Mr. Justin explained in detail about my warranty and also took time to listen to me as most people in his field neither do nor have to, but as a man of God… he did! I am very thankful as I have purchased 3 vehicles from Classic and will continue to use them as my #1 service provider for GM in the DFW.

It is important to build a long term, loyal relationship with a service advisor or salesman, your vehicle is a big investment. Rob at Classic Buick GMC always takes care of me. I only bring my truck to see Rob, he is honest, fair and upfront. It's hard to find a good service advisor that is going to take care of you and look out for you, but Rob does exactly that.
