I called the service department concerning an issue with

I called the service department concerning an issue with the Vehicle Stability's Assist on Wednesday, 2/12/25. The message I received on my 2020 Honda Pilot was to contact my dealer immediately. When I spoke to someone in the service department, I was upset because of the lack of concern for my situation. I was told to bring my car in on 2/20/25. I was concerned because of the urgency of the message to contact the dealer immediately was not taken seriously! I questioned whether my car was safe to drive. I was told if I was concerned about the safety of the car to simply not drive it. The lack of concern for my situation was very unprofessional to say the least. If this was not an urgent situation, why was I told to contact my dealer immediately?!!

Being 73 years old, I have bought a lot of cars from dealerships during my lifetime and this was one of the more pleasant experiences. Our sales person, Robert Kinney, was friendly, helpful, and considerate of our time. The deal he presented was straightforward and fairly priced, so we had to do only a small amount of negotiating and we got to a deal quickly. It was a pleasure not to have to go through the usual "B.S." and time wasting. We would buy a car there again.
