Absolute stellar customer service.

Absolute stellar customer service. From acceptance , to keeping me updated , a car wash and pick up time. Shuttle was fantastic too!Thank you!

Issues with main battery.

Issues with main battery. Kevin acted quickly and resolved Had to replace battery and Nissan warranty was great. Battery arrived before due date and super technician put all back together quickly Awesome team work

The Customer Service Rep was amazing and was able to move my appointment up. Then when I arrive a few minutes early, Ethan was ready to get me taken care of. Less than 2 hours🙌🏽🙌🏽

Making an online appt when really well.

Making an online appt when really well. The check-in process was seamless. We looked through our maintenance history and came up with a plan for Must Do, Should Do and Nice To Do. Waited for 4 hours. They offered a shuttle ride, but it was going to be easier to have coffee and work in their lounge. Would go back there.

We had an oil change.

We had an oil change. Service time was about as expected. Our service advisor Kevin Moser was friendly and helpful. Twenty five words it's too much
