Service Issues
First of all, I would like to provide Roland Johnson a 5-star review on his customer service, follow through, follow up, and the overall experience with him was amazing. He is a salesman that goes the extra mile, even after purchasing a vehicle. Besides Roland being amazing, I have had nothing but the worst experience at Hendricks. Joe Lattimore is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, arrogant general manager I have ever dealt with. I purchased a used car from one of their lots. From day one, I have had nothing but issues. Taking my car back to service numerous times over the course of five months, promises never fulfilled, and being told they never said they'd fix an issue that was overlooked on their part, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. One issue was a dent that was overlooked by a salesman (who has quit now) and the body shop person. After a couple weeks of owning the car but being in a loaner due to other warranty issues they never fixed on delivery, I realize the dent. I was promised they'd fix it. I spoke to several people and continued to be told the issues would be fixed. Promised someone would return my call/concerns. Months continued to go by. Finally, was able to get the car in to get fixed (thanks to Roland) but get called from Joe that they can't fix it because it costs too much and this is the first he heard about this. I have documentation of texts, pictures, and service appointments where this was discussed with many other employees saying it would be repaired. So if you are looking to buy a car from Hendricks, please know that you have to deal with Joe Mattimore and what a poorly ran dealership he is running. All he cares about is the dollar and not his customers after they sign the paperwork.

Honda Ridgeline
Overall a satisfactory experience except for the price. Sales coverage was good reviewing the vehicle covering all the options with the test drive. My main concern is the list price. The website stated list price as $46,250 which was very attractive and was one of the main reasons I went in for a test drive. As negotiations started and original offer was made against the website price the dealer?s offer suddenly included over $2000 of additional options. Which were priced way over market value. So now I am negotiating against a new list price that was not transparent up front. I should have ended the negotiations then but because of the Honda reputation and rating of the vehicle I decided to finalize the deal.
