Wonderful Salesman
This review is long overdue but I wanted to make sure I did it. My son bought a car with my help this past summer--a brand new Subaru Impreza. Thomas Storza was our sales person and he did an outstanding job. I am 68 years old and have bought a lot of cars in my life and he was by far the best sales person I have encountered. He was professional, knowledgable and just did a great job!

Good salespeople
My husband and I turned in our 2.5 year old Subaru Impreza (which we also bought at Quirk) for a newer vehicle and the experience at the dealership went very well. Ben was a great salesman, very nice, informative, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Overall, we had a very good experience.

False sales price on line, and the manager was so rude
The manager was so rude and careless any value for your trade. The price online is not the same price you will find in store. They do this to lure customers to come in and then you realize it was a false online price. I called this An Act of Fraud. Conscienceless manager.

Don't trust them
I was at there dealership in Braintree MA and my car go hit (hit and run). They had the video, but deleted the footage. I was unable to retrieve the footage to get the plate number of the individual the hit my car. I think it was someone that worked there and they covered it up. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They are corrupt.

false advertising
Quirk advertised a Subaru Crosstek Premium MT on the internet for 20,428 (the advertisement is still up) and refused to sell us any Subaru Crosstrek Premium MT at the advertised price. The experience was terrible and they appear to be a "bait and switch" dealer.

"Excellent"
I entered the Subaru showroom to explore the possibility of purchasing a Subaru Forester. The sales consultant was very helpful and professional. He presented several options without pressure. The dealership helped me find a very comfortable deal to achieve my goal. I ended up driving away in a new 2015 Subaru Forester. I must say, it was an excellent experience with a happy ending! Good experience
I came in for my 30,000 mile check up and was well taken care of. I ended up needing my rear brakes replaced as well, and Eric did a great job of making sure I understood what was going on and getting me out in time to make it back home in time. Very satisfied, and ready for my upcoming road trip.

Honest
The service tech and automotive technicians were both solid guys. Went in for an oild change, and they pointed out a problem with my brakes, that no other place had mentioned since I bought the car. I appreciated their thouroughness and honesty. Will go back.
