Second time purchasing a car from Mich's and it definitely won't be the last. Mich's will be the first place I go when the time comes to buy again. You couldn't ask for better customer service. My wife and i got a terrific deal on a beautiful X5. The team went out of their way to make us feel as comfortable as possible. We didn't feel pressured in any way. This was my first purchase with Mich's but it probably won't be the last. I was not expecting to buy a car but I happened upon an awesome car and couldn't pass it up. They were very easy to work with and very friendly. All of the issues that I had about the car were addressed.

For price, service and quality of foreign cards, I don't go anywhere else but Mich's Foreign Cars. I have used their services for over 25 years. I have purchased 10 cars from Mich's for our family. I consider myself fortunate to go to a place where I can buy a beautiful, clean, reasonably priced car from a friendly and inviting environment that i can trust. I'm looking forward to my next purchase. Mich's Foreign Cars has worked for my far beyond my expectations. A truly outstanding organization.

Initial visit good, test drove car a week later engine light comes on, spent much money still not repaired, went to another repair place spent more $$$ , but I guess when you buy used you have expect this type of thing. Sounds like most people have bought a good car and I am glad, just did not work for me.

I have lived near them for 15 years and have always admired their cars, but I never thought they took trad-in's, let alone a car that was only a-year-old. So I stopped in one day to ask if he took Trade in's, and after hearing the answer we started looking at cars on the lot. The next thing I knew I traded in my 2013 Camry for an E 350. We had originally planned on purchasing a C class but Mitch's was able to give us much more car for the same price that many dealers were asking for a lesser vehicle. So without even thinking twice we purchased a car from him and at no point did I ever feel pressured. They were very helpful with financingas well. Car buying made simple! Family owned and friendly! Highly recommend Mich's over the high pressure big box dealers in the Triad. No pressure, no exasperating phone calls or emails, no disingenuous promises or sales manager song & dance, I knew the make/model of car I was looking for, made an offer and done. (even received a fair market value for my trade). Title work & fees were simple, cheap and painless. If you are in the market for a high quality used European sedan, I highly recommend taking the short drive to Hickory NC and meeting with Cris and or Vance. If they don't have it on the lot, they're locate it for you! My teenage son will be in the market soon and we'll head to Mich's for another no pressure, family friendly car deal!

When i start to tell people about my experience with Michsforeigncars in Hickory, N.C., they can hardly believe it....probably because they have never been treated so royally by a car dealership. What made me drive 2-1/2 hours to Hickory from Waynesville was how Cris took the time to explain to me why they do not stock the Mercedes model that I was interested in because it had a drive train problem....all the other dealerships that had this model in their inventory were ready to sell me that vehicle..... These people go beyond the call of duty in every sense of the word.....and I can personally attest to it....when I read all these other favorable views, it doesn't surprise me. The quality of customer service places Michs Foreign Cars at the top of the list when it comes to car dealerships. You can trust them. Now whoever writes that about a dealership? Even my stepson who is a master BMW mechanic and has sold cars and knows all the ins and outs of used car dealers was astounded with the TLC I received from Michsforeigncars and he is now telling others about them. Though I was looking for a Mercedes, I understand that Michs stocks domestic cars as well....therefore, it doesn't matter how far away you live, or what you are looking for....go to Michsforeigncars FIRST....you will not be disappointed.....their service is exemplary....and when you get there, tell them Nancy sent you.....I"m a walking advertisement for them now. Am a proud owner of a new 335i BMW that i just purchased last Friday from Michs foreign cars!!! Sure you can buy a car from anywhere. But if you truly want not only the best car buying experience, with the most helpful and knowledgable staff, this dealership is where you need to go! As soon as you walk in the vibe is welcoming, friendly and non rushed. They got me the exact car I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. The sales department cared more about putting me in my car than the actual sale. To me that speaks volume! They went above and beyond for me to get everything the way I wanted it and put me at ease with any and all questions/concerns i had. I've bought cars in Orlando, Tampa and Los Angeles and I have to say bar none Michs foreign cars was the best experience buying a car I have ever had. I highly recommend you visit this place for all your car buying needs. I will continue to have my BMW serviced here as well as other cars I plan on purchasing from here in the future!!
